Position: Workforce Training and Development Lead

Location: Quetta

Qualification:Bachelors/ Masters in HR field

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills: Technical proficiency and analytical skills required to optimize recruitment operations by utilizing a range of platforms and systems, such as Oracle and Element.

Role Summary

  • Develop and execute training programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and employee development needs
  • Assess training needs through analysis and regular interaction with department heads and employees
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are in line with business goals and industry best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in training and development to enhance the organization’s learning culture
  • Implement performance management strategies to identify and nurture talent within the organization
  • Provide regular reports and updates on training and development activities to senior management
  • Candidate must have worked with large scale organizations managing bulk training and development programs
