Job Description
  • Providing software solutions by studying information, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problematic areas by following the software development lifecycle.
  • Providing technical support and document for business application and software functionality.
  • Integrations of different system by performing system architecture review and feasibilities checks.
  • Implementing process improvements by best practices,performance tuning and optimization, developing new automated processes for better user experience.
  • Provide support in the development of implementation plans for change for the introduction of new functionality or services.
  • Readiness and maintenance of applications over PR, DR, UAT.
  • Maintain standards compliance.
