This is a leadership role to guide accounting personnel in daily accounting tasks, reviewing financial data to make forecasting decisions and communicating with company Executives about financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions in ERP

· Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing accounts payable.

· Respond to supplier inquiries related to accounts payable.

· Prepare and process Payroll. Respond to inquiries and process corrections for payroll as required

· Prepare customer invoicing and monitor Accounts Receivable Aging, notifying CFO when payments are due

· Prepare monthly Sales Tax returns filing and consumption reports

· Assist in month end close procedures, including developing and maintaining reports and files on asset and liability account balances

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as requested

Qualifications:

· Experience: 3+ Years in Accounting at a senior position

· Education: Finance Graduate

· Understanding of ERP / Online accounting Software

· Previous experience on Odoo ERP will be preferred

· Thorough understanding of sales tax and returns processing

· Detail and deadline-oriented self-starter

Package:

· 50,000 ~ 60,000 Depending on the experience and candidate
