Job Description and Responsibilities:

Ø Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Ø Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Ø Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Ø Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, professional ethics, and work manners with the team.

Ø Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning admin tasks and expediting work results.

Ø Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Ø Supports the team by performing tasks related to the organization.

Ø Coordination with administrative vendors, inspection, and scrutiny of bills.

Ø Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.

Requirements:

Ø Any bachelor’s degree.

Ø Prior experience in customer service, Sales Representative, Administration, or relevant position.

Ø Must know how to use office machinery like a printer.

Ø Must have computer knowledge (MS Office)

Ø Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

Ø Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

Ø Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.

Ø Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
