SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self motivated.
  • one year experience in sales.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and support company growth.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchase.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on the behalf of the company and facilitate them for their investments.
  • Maintaining an accurate calling record, scheduled customer’s appointments, and follow ups with clients.
  • Suggesting investment products based on client’s requirements.
  • Developing a sustaining and long lasting business relationship with potential clients.
  • Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls and market success.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the real estate Industry.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to authorized.
  • Discuss the queries of the clients with the concerned officer.
  • Perform any other duties as required by job function.

    SALARY

    Starting from 20,000 up to 150,000 plus commissions.
