JOB FUNCTIONS

• · Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals
• · Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• · Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for region, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent
• · Liaison with internal stakeholder and applicants to ensure smooth and timely functioning of recruitment process Maintain candidate record and report recruitment pyramid to head office team

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
• · 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
