Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gulshan e Maymar, Karachi for a Property Sales Consultant. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with clients and building lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service, in-depth knowledge of our services, and expert advice on property investments. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, booking, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on legal and financial matters related to property purchases. You will work closely with our team of experts to strategize and best serve clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales and a strong knowledge of the real estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
• Successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
