Candidate should hold BS/BE in Computer Engineering/Science, CCNA certification will be an additive advantage.

Applicant should have 1- 2 year of work experience

It is a rotational based shift

Monitoring, Configuration, Maintenance of Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, IPsec Client VPNs, Site to Site VPNs.

Troubleshoots complex issues in network systems (LAN & WAN), cause identification and debug malfunctions in network communications.

Implements data and network security through firewalls, UTM, IPS/IDS, ACS and VPN technologies.

Work through Support Ticketing System

Documentation for all related network diagrams.

Able to Investigate first line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems by ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents and requests.

Must have knowledge of the network topologies, protocols, tools, and techniques.

Provide effective and efficient IT support to local / remote users working in different time zones and provide telephonic support to clients when required

Perform the necessary hand over procedures in cases where shift work is required.

Produce breach and other reports to identify failures and shortcomings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
