We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for content creation, ideation strategy, post scheduling, and overall social media planning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for compelling content, and the ability to strategize and execute engaging campaigns.

Experience
At least one years of experience in the same field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand’s goals and target audience.
• Create attractive and engaging content that will captivate audiences across popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram etc.
• Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools to optimize reach and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to implement effective strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and compelling social media content.
• Research target audience preferences, interests, and behaviors to tailor content for maximum impact.

Who will be the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in a professional capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends, strategies, and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
