Responsibilities

(*Here is what to expect in this role. You will:*)

▪ Facilitate discussions with managers in client organizations

▪ Identify areas of improvements in processes and systems

▪ Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to propose solutions to client problems

▪ Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client

▪ Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes

▪ Write blog posts and develop content for podcasts

Education

Masters in Business, Economics or Social Sciences

Experience

0-2 years of experience

Desired Skills

▪ Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

▪ Public speaking skills

▪ Ability to communicate effectively in English - verbal and written (Note: We will assess this during the hiring process)

▪ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

▪ Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads

▪ Team player, dedicated to contributing toward the success of the team

▪ High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams

▪ Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives

▪ Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

▪ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an agile environment
