We are currently seeking an experienced, professional and disciplined IT and Web Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and network devices.

· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.

· Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

· Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to improve system performance.

· Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.

· Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define web development requirements.

· Integrate web applications with third-party platforms and APIs.

· Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

· Create and update website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.

· Ensure that website content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with company messaging.

· Design, implement, and maintain databases to support web applications and systems.

· Perform database backups, maintenance, and optimization to ensure data integrity and availability.

· Monitor and respond to security incidents, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.

· Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.

· Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and web-related tools.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

· Proven experience in IT systems administration, including knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols, and hardware components.

· Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).

· Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
