HR Manager female(3pm to 10pm)

We are looking for an HR Manager who is responsible for:

• Reviewing performance evaluations and other reports
• Developing programs to increase morale, such as bonuses or top-performer rewards
• Using surveys and other methods to keep track of employee morale
• Answering questions from employees, and recording and investigating complaints when needed
• Helping Managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires
• Training new employees and working with department heads to create training programs
• Recruitment and Hiring.
• Handle Disciplinary Actions.
• Create a Safe Work Environment.
• Maintain Company Culture & Organizational structure.
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Creating & Maintaining Contracts for Clients/Employees/Partners)

HR Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs35,000.00 per month
