We are looking for a responsible HR Internee (Females are encouraged to apply)to help organize and run our Firm. A skilled and reliable assistant team leader will work behind the scenes to ensure that the team leader has what he needs to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Contribute to HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Support HR team in employee relations matters, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

Salary Package

10,000 to 20,000

Location:

216 Gulshan Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.

Important Note: We aren’t a third party and hiring directly.

This is a night shift job in a US based organization.

Salary: Rs10,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
