How you’ll make an impact

  • Plan and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy to maximise brand awareness and drive revenue and growth.
  • Work closely with business development, product, and growth teams to support go-to-market strategy and build detailed marketing execution plans.
  • Track and leverage data to drive decision-making on all marketing activities: offline, event participation, online campaigns, video optimisation, and more.
  • Setting marketing goals and KPIs for each marketing activity that are aligned with business revenue and growth objectives.
  • Analysing market trends and competition, identifying opportunities, and planning differentiated marketing strategies including testing new channels and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor costs and budgets - tracking results and optimising to achieve KPIs

What we’d love to see

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and brand development from planning to execution.
  • Multi-channel offline and online marketing experience.
  • English & Urdu high level both verbal and written
  • Creative and strong initiative. Can bring new ideas and processes to support business requirements and to drive efficiency.
  • Growth mindset: You use data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy to align with overall business goals and impact, deep understanding of how to communicate value to people in different age groups and demographics.
  • Multi-tasker, manage multiple complex projects in parallel while hitting deadlines.
  • A hands-on, independent, and self-driven personality.
  • Leadership skills but also a great team player.
  • Familiarity with addressing small shop owners would be a bonus!
