We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Office Assistant with proficient computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, provide administrative support to our staff, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating appointments.

Operate office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers.

Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and assisting with IT-related tasks.

Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases as required.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or team.

Coordinate with office vendors and suppliers for necessary services and supplies.

Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks as necessary.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational abilities with task prioritization skills.
