We at HRSPlanet Pvt Ltd. are looking to add a fresh and energetic candidate to join our team as a Creatives and Communication Executive Trainee. The candidate should be experienced in the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked In and, Twitter.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelors or above (Marketing Major preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Oral & Written).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Good research skills and work ethics.
  • Effective Communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creatives for social media pages on a regular basis.
  • Manage social media pages (company & all associated brands).
  • Manage customer queries on all chat platforms.
  • Create and manage customer engagement on all platforms.
  • Actively generate solutions to customers’ queries to resolve complaints.
  • Stays abreast of product knowledge and related information.
  • Addition to the content production team on an as-needed basis.

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday; 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
Location: Close to Qayyumabad, Khyaban-e-Rizwan, Phase 7, DHA Karachi.

On-job training will be provided, only to candidates meeting the requirements.
