Job content
This position is ideal for anyone with experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. The majority of your work day will involve making and receiving telephone calls to prospective agents.
ROLES:
- Cold Calling to maximum number of client on daily basis
- Manage the organization’s recruitment needs including posting roles, screening applicants, setting up & conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, conducting references and criminal background checks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with management team in order to understand their business and staffing needs.
- Recruitment and on-boarding, sales and marketing calls
- Seeking/Acquiring Top Industry Performers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Collect and screen applicants
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent phone skills
- Outgoing and friendly communicator
- Adapt easily to a fast paced environment with significant demands
- Organizational skills
- Skillful with computers (Outlook, Excel, Gmail)
- Strong written and verbal skills, grammar and spelling
- university preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
