As a Business Support Analyst at OctDaily, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding sales and after-sales support to our clients via both phone and chat channels. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with sales and various aspects of our services, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and offering guidance. - Phone Support: Professionally handle inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
- Chat Support: Engage with clients through chat, responding to their messages promptly and providing real-time assistance.
- Client Interaction: Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and friendly customer experience in every interaction.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze client issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and work collaboratively with other teams to provide solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Communication: Communicate client feedback and insights to the appropriate teams to help improve our services.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Graduation (Preferable)
- Candidates who have passed O/A Levels examinations are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a phone and chat support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
