We are seeking a talented, hardworking, & motivated Business Development Manager with meticulous attention to detail & a strong sense of ownership.

He/She helps us in expanding our clientele. He/She will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads

Furthermore, applicants must have outstanding communication skills (Written & Oral), combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.

Educational Background

  • Preferably graduate from a reputed university like (IBA, SZABIST)
  • O & A level educational background preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
