Looking for Business Development Executive who will be able to manage the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels. He/she will be responsible for giving presentation to potential USA customers about our products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand company growth strategy and plans
  • Be able to understand company software products and services.
  • Understand the sales process and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Contacting prospective customers through different medium, this could include reaching out on social media, emails mediums
  • Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums, this could include reaching through social media, emailing etc.
  • Be able to provide product demos to the potential customers
  • Building business relationships with current and potential customers
  • Generate and nurture leads for the organization’s existing company data.
  • Acquiring business through different channels.
  • Identify potential solid prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities through calls and Emails.
  • Maintaining and updating business development documentations and CRM
  • Updating management on regular basis on the new leads and status of old leads.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Client Communication, Handling, and Management
  • Previous experience closing sales and B2B Sales in the software/IT hardware/Tech industry.
  • Experience selling technology-based products and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, Campaign Management, Customer Engagement.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Must be self-motivator and self-starter

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
