We are currently recruiting for Assistant Manager HR for our Head office based in Karachi.

An incumbent will be performing the following responsibilities.

  • To lead the end-to-end Recruitment & Selection Cycle and ensure that the teams are consists of the diversified set of individuals.
  • To develop Recruitment plan and sourcing strategies with the specialist’s skill sets and quality of the candidates.
  • To analyze the staffing needs and develop the continuous Talent Pipeline and a robust Talent database in order to fill the critical positions in the specified deadlines and meet the future hiring needs.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements, Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
  • Regularly evaluate sourcing channels critically with the help of data and analytics to support the strategy and drive hiring decisions.
  • Assist in documentation, background check reports and other HR related tasks.
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.

In order to flourish and further develop in this role, you must have;

Qualification:MBA/BBA in Human Resource or relevant field.

Experience/Skills: 03-04 Years’ Proven experience as HR or Talent Acquisition

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Complete understanding of Employee Life Cycle
  • Assertive and be able to Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficient with MS Office, familiarity with ATS.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
