Job Responsibilities:

  • This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions at group level.
  • Preparation of admin reports as per schedule and need.
  • Support in managing the office premises and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Operating copy equipment, printers or other equipment.
  • Support in managing the housekeeping staff and its operations.
  • Perform the other day-to-day administrative functions at the group level.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
