Job Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions at group level.
- Preparation of admin reports as per schedule and need.
- Support in managing the office premises and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Operating copy equipment, printers or other equipment.
- Support in managing the housekeeping staff and its operations.
- Perform the other day-to-day administrative functions at the group level.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
