nity Foods Limited is looking for Account Payable Officerfor our Head Office located in Karachi.

As an Accounts Payable Officer with SAP S4 HANA experience, your primary responsibility would be to manage the accounts payable function of the company using SAP S4 HANA software. Your duties would include but not limited to:

• Managing the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and posting in SAP S4 HANA.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in SAP S4 HANA, including vendor information, payment terms, and other relevant data.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable transactions.
• Processing payments to vendors using SAP S4 HANA software.
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions in SAP S4 HANA and preparing reports as required.
• Managing vendor relationships and responding to inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Assist in conducting regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date with changes and updates to SAP S4 HANA software and assist in implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable, preferably with SAP S4 HANA experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
